1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dyizan Talent ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. The Platform connects candidates ("Talent") with companies ("Recruiters") for employment and internship opportunities.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- Recruiters: Must provide valid business verification documents.
- Candidates: Must provide accurate skills and project details.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Post fake or misleading job opportunities.
- Attempt to scrape data or reverse engineer the platform.
- Harass or discriminate against any candidate or recruiter.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dyizan Talent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.
