At Dyizan Talent, we strive to provide the best hiring experience. Generally, all purchases made on our platform (including Job Postings, Subscription Plans, and Premium Features) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the feature has been activated.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation: Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under special circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to a technical glitch.
  • Service not delivered due to a platform failure on our end.
